StarFlyer A320 First Officer Candidate (Type‑Rated, Mid‑Career) — Haneda or Kitakyushu

✈️ The Opportunity

We’re hiring mid‑career First Officer candidates for long‑term, full‑time employment. You’ll commence as flight crew and complete company training at Kitakyushu before operating from your assigned base. StarFlyer may adjust duties or workplace assignments in line with operational needs.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Perform A320 flight operations as First Officer in accordance with StarFlyer SOPs and JCAB regulations.
• Execute pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, briefings, and debriefings.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, CRM, and customer‑focused operations.
• Participate in company training, checking, and recurrent programs at Kitakyushu.
• Work rostered shifts within the one‑month variable‑hours system; overtime as required.

Note: StarFlyer may change assigned duties and workplace or transfer employees as needed.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Type Rating: Airbus A320 (current).
• Recency: Last A320 line operations within the past three years.
• Airline Experience: Served as a First Officer at a Japanese scheduled airline.
• Licences: JCAB Commercial Pilot Certificate and Instrument Rating; copies of JCAB Airline Transport Pilot Certificate pages as applicable.
• Radio: Aviation Radio Operator’s licence (or recognised equivalent).
• Medical: Valid Class 1 aviation medical certificate.
• Language: Aviation English Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• No numerical flight‑hour minimum is stated.
• Former StarFlyer pilots with previous operating experience are welcome to apply.
