Sightseeing Pilot & Flight Instructor (m/f/d) – Stralsund-Barth Baltic Sea Airport

During the holiday season, you’ll fly scenic tours over the stunning Baltic Sea coastline. If you also hold an FI(A), you can provide ab initio and proficiency training for PPL(A) and LAPL(A) students throughout the year. Candidates may join for the seasonal sightseeing operation, the instructor role, or combine both where scheduling allows.

• Conduct safe, passenger-focused sightseeing flights during the holiday season.
• Plan and brief flights in accordance with company procedures and EASA regulations.
• As FI(A): deliver ground and flight instruction for PPL(A) and LAPL(A) syllabi.
• Complete required training records and student progress documentation (FI role).
• Support a positive, safety-first culture on the flight line and with passengers.

• EASA CPL(A) or ATPL(A) for sightseeing flight operations.
• FI(A) authorisation for PPL(A)/LAPL(A) training (for instructor duties).
• Strong airmanship, passenger care, and instructional aptitude.
• Reliability and flexibility to support seasonal operations at a coastal base.

Based at Ostsee-Flughafen Stralsund-Barth, you’ll enjoy diverse coastal flying over beaches, islands, and historic harbours along Germany’s Baltic shoreline.
