✈️ Role at a glance

As Senior Captain, you hold final authority for flight operations—making sound go/no-go and route decisions, upholding regulatory compliance, and delivering an elevated passenger experience from takeoff to touchdown.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) when assigned as Captain, exercising final authority over the safe operation of the aircraft.
• Evaluate weather at departure, destination, alternates, and en route to initiate, delay, cancel, or divert flights as required.
• Deliver discreet, white-glove customer service aligned with MSG Aviation standards and applicable regulations.
• Review and compute weight and balance, fuel requirements, and performance charts for every mission.
• Conduct and ensure thorough preflight inspections in full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coordinate, and mentor flight and cabin crew members to drive operational excellence.

🧰 What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Aviation, Safety, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of successful PIC experience in dynamic, global, UHNW, white-glove environments.
• Valid and maintainable FAA Class I medical.
• Previous experience operating under 14 CFR Part 91 or 135, with thorough understanding of 14 CFR Part 91 and ICAO standards.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum flight time: 7,500 hours total; 3,500 hours turbine; 3,500 hours PIC; 1,500 hours in large-cabin corporate aircraft.
• Type ratings: G550 required; G650 preferred.
