As a Senior First Officer, you will operate on multiple aircraft types, partnering closely with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and punctual operations. This is a structured fast-track pathway to command for high-performing SFOs who demonstrate strong leadership, technical proficiency, and exemplary CRM.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Operate as Senior First Officer within a multi-crew environment, upholding the highest safety and compliance standards.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Captain in decision-making, flight planning, and operational risk management.
- Demonstrate proactive leadership, mentoring, and team communication on the flight deck and with ground teams.
- Contribute to a positive safety culture through disciplined procedures and continuous improvement.
🌟 Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1000 hours total time.
- Valid CPL with IR and ME.
- UK CAA licence holder.
- Valid Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Non-Type Rated candidates welcomed; full type rating training provided.
- No visa sponsorship available.
