Senior First Officer – Boeing 737NG (Type Rating Provided)

As a Senior First Officer, you will operate the 737NG to the highest professional standards, support the Captain in all phases of flight, and uphold robust CRM, SOP adherence, and safety practices. You will apply strong technical and performance knowledge, ensure compliance with company procedures and DGCA requirements, and demonstrate calm, decisive leadership in dynamic situations.

• Operate the Boeing 737NG in full compliance with the Company Operations Manual and published SOPs.
• Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and technical assessments appropriate to the aircraft and route.
• Maintain continuous regulatory compliance with DGCA rules and guidance.
• Demonstrate exemplary CRM, communication, and leadership on the flight deck.
• Proactively manage threat and error, maintain high situation awareness, and respond effectively to abnormal and emergency scenarios.
• Champion a just culture and contribute to ongoing safety and quality initiatives.

• Complete and thorough knowledge of the Company Operations Manual, with the ability to apply procedures consistently.
• Thorough knowledge of technical and performance subjects relevant to the Boeing 737NG.
• Good knowledge of aircraft performance and systems, with strong analytical decision-making.
• Up-to-date knowledge of all rules and regulations issued by DGCA.
• Leadership skills, clear and professional communication, and collaborative CRM.
• High situation awareness and sound crisis management under time pressure.
• FRTO and COP/RTR licence.

🧾 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 500 hours (minimum)
• Licence req.: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME — DGCA (India)
• Type rating: Not required — training provided (NTR welcome)
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
• Additional: FRTO and COP/RTR
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided

🎓 Training pathway

Non–type-rated pilots will receive a structured Boeing 737NG training package, including ground school, simulator training, and supervised line flying, culminating in release to line as a Senior First Officer upon successful completion of all checks.
