🧭 The Opportunity
As a Senior First Officer on the 737NG, you will operate scheduled airline services in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements, delivering a safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operation. You’ll partner with the Captain across all phases of flight, uphold the highest standards of airmanship, and contribute to a positive, proactive safety culture.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- License: Valid ATPL issued by DGCA (India)
- Type rating: Current and valid Boeing 737NG
- Medical: Class 1
- Part 121: Minimum 100 hours
- Airline experience: Minimum 100 hours post line release
- Recency & proficiency: Valid IR & PPC
- Radio/telephony: Valid FRTOL and COP/RTR
- Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Open to license holders: DGCA (India)
🌟 Compliance & Documentation
- eGCA: Mandatory eGCA ID with all licenses and documents validated
- Safety record: Certificate of incident/accident-free record
- Breath analyzer: Breath analyzer details as applicable
- Regulatory disclosure: Details of any enforcement action, if any, taken by DGCA against the license holder in the preceding three (3) years

🛫 What You’ll Do
- Operate the Boeing 737NG as Senior First Officer in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Execute all phases of flight with the Captain, ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
- Apply robust threat and error management, checklist discipline, and stabilized approach criteria.
- Demonstrate exemplary CRM and support a collaborative, high-performance cockpit culture.
- Contribute to Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives through timely reporting and continuous improvement.
