🧰 What you’ll do

  • Operate the A320 as Senior First Officer in full compliance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead precise preflight planning including performance, mass and balance, fuel strategy, and route considerations.
  • Execute comprehensive preflight inspections, briefings, and secure postflight debriefs and documentation.
  • Demonstrate exemplary CRM, situational awareness, and workload management across all phases of flight.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture through SMS participation, threat and error management, and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations.
  • Maintain professional standards during line operations, training, and recurrent checks.

🌟 What you’ll bring

  • Current, unrestricted ATPL with DGCA privileges and a valid Class 1 medical.
  • Valid A320 type rating and a minimum of 200 hours on type.
  • FRTO and RTR certifications.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • Accident/incident-free record at the time of application.
  • Strong airmanship, decision-making, and CRM skills with a calm, collaborative approach under pressure.
