🧭 Your mission

  • Execute line operations on the A320 family with precision, discipline, and sound judgment.
  • Champion SOP adherence, threat and error management, and robust decision-making from preflight to shutdown.
  • Collaborate with the Captain and flight deck team to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time performance.
  • Foster excellent CRM, clear communications, and a calm, professional presence in all phases of flight.
  • Model a safety-first culture through proactive reporting and continuous improvement.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • In type: 200 hours on the Airbus A320 family
  • Type rating: Required (current and valid)
  • License: DGCA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4
  • Radio/Telecom: FRTO and RTR
  • Safety record: Accident/incident free at the time of application

  • ICAO English Language Proficiency (Level 4)
  • Passport and proof of right to work (visa sponsorship is not provided)
