🧭 Role overview
In this pivotal flight deck role, you will operate A320 family aircraft as Senior First Officer, delivering safe, efficient, and punctual operations. You’ll support the Captain in all phases of flight, champion standard operating procedures, and ensure unwavering compliance with DGCA regulations and company policies.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- In-type time: Minimum 500 hours on the A320 family
- Type rating: Current and valid A320 type rating
- Licence: Valid ATPL issued by DGCA (India)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
- Currency: Valid IR & PPC
- Radio/Telecoms: FRTOL and COP/RTR
- Licence holders: Open to DGCA (India) licence holders
🌟 Compliance & documentation
- eGCA ID: Mandatory; all licences and documents must be validated on eGCA
- Safety record: Certificate of incident/accident-free record
- Breath analyzer: Applicable report/certificate as per DGCA requirements
- Enforcement history: Details of any DGCA enforcement action in the preceding 3 years (if any)

- Support the Captain in preflight planning, performance calculations, and threat/error management
- Execute precise flight deck procedures, checklist discipline, and stable approach criteria
- Proactively manage safety, report hazards, and maintain meticulous records via eGCA
- Uphold stellar CRM, briefings, and communication for operational excellence
