MSG Aviation, the corporate flight department of Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp., is seeking a seasoned Senior Captain to serve as Pilot in Command on MSG Aviation–controlled fixed‑wing aircraft, delivering safe, discreet, white‑glove transport for UHNW principals and their guests.

🧭 The mission

As Senior Captain, you will hold final authority for aircraft operations when assigned as Captain. You will model impeccable airmanship and client service while operating within MSG Aviation’s Flight Operations Manual and all applicable Federal, state, local, and foreign regulations.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command with full responsibility for safety, compliance, and mission success.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture aligned with MSG Aviation’s Flight Operations Manual.
  • Plan and execute domestic and international flights; evaluate weather, NOTAMs, and operational risks to initiate, delay, cancel, or divert as required.
  • Calculate weight and balance, fuel requirements, and performance data for each mission.
  • Ensure thorough preflight inspections and strict adherence to regulatory and company standards.
  • Lead, coordinate, and mentor flight and cabin crew; set the tone for white‑glove service for UHNW clients and their guests.

🌟 What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Aviation, Safety, Operations Management, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of successful PIC experience serving UHNW clients in dynamic, global, white‑glove environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in 14 CFR Part 91 or 135 operations with thorough understanding of Part 91 and ICAO Standards.
  • Valid FAA First Class Medical (able to maintain currency).
  • Type ratings: G550 required; G650 preferred.
  • Minimum flight time: 7,500 hours total; 3,500 turbine; 3,500 PIC; 1,500 large‑cabin corporate aircraft.
  • Flexibility to work nights, split days off, weekends, and holidays in a 24×7 environment.
  • On‑demand readiness with ability to launch within 3 hours of first call.
