🧰 What You’ll Do
- Serve as Pilot in Command for FAR Part 91/135 operations, upholding the highest safety and compliance standards.
- Plan and execute domestic and international flights, including performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and alternates.
- Lead by example in crew resource management, risk assessment, and sound decision-making.
- Deliver a refined client experience with professional communication and discretion.
- Maintain aircraft and regulatory documentation to company and FAA standards.
- Participate in recurrent training and standardization for continuous improvement.
🌟 What You Bring
- License: FAA ATP
- Medical: Class 1
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- PIC Time: 1,000 hours
- Multi-Engine: 500 hours
- Flight Time Notes: Turbojet aircraft experience
- Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Knowledge of FAR Parts 91 and 135 operations
- Ability to travel 60–80% of the time
- Professional appearance and behavior; exceptional reliability and punctuality
- Relocation flexibility: Willing to relocate or live between Minneapolis, MN and Hayward, WI; or within a two-hour drive of Fort Lauderdale, FL
- Impeccable Safety Record: No FAA violations, accidents, or incidents
- Successful Background Check: Must pass TSA/HS regulations and release FAA Airman Certification Record
💼 Preferred Qualifications
- Part 135 experience
- International flight experience: Europe, South America, and Asia
- Challenger 350/3500 type rating

- Hiring for each location: Upper Midwest (Minneapolis, MN / Hayward, WI corridor) and South Florida (Fort Lauderdale area)
- Travel 60–80% with a balanced mix of domestic and international missions
- Permanent, full-time position with a stable operating schedule

- NTR: Type rating not required; company-provided CL30 training
