Join Scoot as a Second Officer and help deliver safe, comfortable, and on-time journeys across our jet fleet. Working closely with the Captain and flight deck team, you’ll bring professionalism, teamwork, and a healthy dose of Scootitude to every flight.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Partner with the Captain to deliver safe, compliant operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Support precise flight preparation, performance calculations, and accurate documentation from preflight to postflight.
  • Execute duties diligently during all phases of flight, contributing to on-time performance and fuel-efficient operations.
  • Demonstrate strong Crew Resource Management to maintain situational awareness and effective communication on the flight deck.
  • Champion the Scoot customer experience—bringing our signature Scootitude to life with every interaction.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Total time: 200 hours minimum
  • Flight time notes: A minimum of 100 PIC hours is required for candidates holding foreign pilot licences.
  • Licensing (Option A): A CAAS ATPL with a Multi-Engine IR and at least 3 months’ remaining validity.
  • Licensing (Option B): An ICAO ATPL with a Multi-Engine IR and a current Proficiency Check with at least 6 months’ remaining validity (foreign licence conversion required).
  • Alternative: A Frozen ATPL (ATPL theory credits) with ME/IR, subject to meeting training and conversion requirements.
  • Open to licence holders: CAAS, ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided
  • Work rights: Must be legally entitled to work in Singapore
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided

Note: Foreign licence holders will be required to undergo licence conversion in accordance with CAAS requirements.
