Ideal for ambitious pilots holding a frozen ATPL, this role places you in a multi-crew, high-tempo operation where safety, professionalism, and customer focus come first. You’ll fly under the Captain’s leadership, support all phases of flight, and develop quickly through a structured training pathway on the 737NG.

🧰 Key responsibilities

Operate within a two-pilot, multi-crew environment, adhering to SOPs and highest safety standards.
Assist with flight planning, performance calculations, route/weather analysis, weight-and-balance, and fuel planning.
Execute normal and abnormal procedures, checklist disciplines, and support QRH actions as directed.
Monitor aircraft systems, navigation, radios, and flight progress; maintain situational awareness and threat/error management.
Contribute to a positive flight deck culture through effective CRM and clear communications.
Deliver a consistently customer-focused experience and represent the brand professionally at all times.
Complete Boeing 737NG type rating and recurrent training to proficiency standards.

🌟 Minimum requirements

Type rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
License: Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
Open to Lic. Holders: GCAA (UAE)
Medical: Class 1
English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
