✈️ About the role
As a Second Officer on the A320 family, you will support safe, efficient operations across all phases of flight. You’ll work closely with a highly experienced crew, apply company SOPs, and sharpen your skills through structured training, mentoring, and line flying exposure — setting a clear pathway toward future First Officer upgrade opportunities.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Support the flight crew in pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and operational decision‑making.
- Manage radio communications and maintain situational awareness in all phases of flight.
- Prepare, cross‑check, and monitor FMS inputs and automation per A320 SOPs.
- Execute checklists, briefings, and compliance tasks in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to a strong safety culture, applying CRM/TEM best practices at all times.
- Represent the airline professionally with ATC, ground services, and customers.
🧰 Training and development
- A320 type rating provided for successful non‑type rated candidates.
- Comprehensive ground school, fixed‑base and full‑flight simulator training.
- Supervised line training and mentoring with experienced training captains.
- Ongoing recurrent training and proficiency checks to maintain peak standards.

✅ Minimum requirements
- Total time: Minimum 250 hours.
- Flight time notes: Minimum 250 flying hours and a valid CPL with passes in ATPL subjects from ICAO States, or equivalent and complies with the CAD DCA607 / ATPL / CPL / IR(A) minimum requirement, or HKCAD CPL Holder issued under HKCAD Approved Integrated Course.
- Licence: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME (ICAO).
- Medical: Class 1.
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher.
- Type rating: Not required (training provided).
- Radiotelephony: Valid Flight Radiotelephony Operator’s Restricted Licence.
- Covid‑19: Vaccination required where permitted by applicable law.
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided.
