Join a fast-growing premium seaplane operation delivering memorable coastal and island experiences across Thailand and Indonesia. We’re hiring an experienced Pilot in Command to lead safe, polished operations on the Cessna 208EX amphibian.

  • Location: Thailand (Bangkok or Phuket/Krabi) or Indonesia (Bali)
  • Employment: Full-time (seasonal/short-term options available)
  • Aircraft: Cessna 208EX Amphibian (C208EX)
  • Hours Required: 2,000+ TT; 500+ hrs on C208 or equivalent SET; 1,000+ hrs water (incl. time on 208 amphibians)
  • License & Ratings: ATPL or CPL (ICAO) with valid Instrument Rating; Class 1 Medical; ICAO English Level 5+
  • Selection Window: Ongoing from September through end of 2026 (two short‑term PIC openings available)
  • Potential Bases: Siam Seaplane (Thailand) or Santai Seaplane (Bali, Indonesia)

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command on the C208EX amphibian, delivering premium flight services with an unwavering focus on safety and passenger experience.
  • Operate in accordance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements across diverse coastal and island environments.
  • Plan and execute water operations, including docking, beach and pontoon procedures, and dynamic weather decision-making.
  • Support operational excellence by completing additional duties as assigned by the COO.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Current Cessna SET C208 rating with a recent flight on type within the last 12 months.
  • 2,000+ hours total time, including 500+ hours on the C208 (or equivalent single‑engine turbine).
  • 1,000+ hours water experience, including time on 208 amphibians.
  • Valid ATPL or CPL (ICAO), Class 1 Medical, and Instrument Rating.
  • ICAO English Level 5 (or higher).

Nice to have: FI, FE, CRI, or CRE qualifications; FAA or EASA license; additional single‑engine turbine ratings; experience on a range of amphibious seaplanes.
