Seaplane Captain (PIC) – C208EX Amphibian | Thailand or Bali

✈️ The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced PIC to lead operations on the C208EX amphibian, conducting premium flight services in full alignment with company safety policies and standards. You will be part of a small, highly motivated team pioneering modern seaplane services in Thailand and Bali.

🧭 Bases & Assignments

• Primary bases: Bangkok and the Phuket/Krabi area (Thailand); or Bali, Indonesia
• Engagements: Full-time roles available; two short-term PIC opportunities listed with potential for seasonal arrangements
• Operations: Premium flight services on water and land, executed to rigorous safety and service standards

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Type experience: Valid Cessna SET C208 Sea rating, with last flight on type within the previous 12 months
• Flight time: > 2,000 hours total time, including ≥ 500 hours on C208 or equivalent SET, and ≥ 1,000 hours of water experience (including time on 208 amphibians)
• Licensing: Valid ATPL, CPL or equivalent; Class 1 Medical; valid Instrument Rating
• Language: ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5

Nice to have: FI, FE, CRI or CRE credentials; FAA or EASA licence; additional SET ratings; experience across various amphibious seaplanes.

🧾 What You’ll Do

• Act as PIC on the C208EX amphibian, delivering premium services with uncompromising safety
• Plan and execute water and land operations, including performance planning, W&B, fuel, weather/NOTAM briefings, and risk assessments
• Adhere to SOPs, SMS, and company safety policies; foster a proactive safety culture
• Coordinate closely with operations, maintenance, ground, and maritime teams to ensure on-time, high-quality service
• Support training and standardization activities where qualified
• Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the COO
