🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Operate the Saab 340 as First Officer in multi-crew, IFR environments under company SOPs and Canadian Aviation Regulations.
  • Execute all phases of flight with Captain and dispatch, ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
  • Support flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and thorough pre/post-flight duties.
  • Maintain impeccable airmanship, checklist discipline, and clear, professional communication.
  • Represent the operation with a customer-first mindset across diverse regional sectors.

🧰 What You Bring

  • Minimum flight time: 500 hours total time.
  • Licences/ratings: IATRA, IR, ME (valid under TCCA).
  • Medical: Class 1.
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Recency: IATRA completed within the last 18 months.
  • Flexibility: Able to work varying shifts and travel away from home, including overnights.
  • Clearances: Able to obtain and maintain a RAIC; eligible to travel to/from the United States without restrictions.

Preferred Experience

  • Existing Saab 340 or other type rating.
  • Multi-crew, multi-engine, IFR, and/or turbine time—especially in CARs 702/703/704/705 (600-series) or military operations.
  • Flight Instructors with 1000+ total time strongly considered.
