✈️ The Opportunity
Join AirSprint’s fractional private-aviation team as a First Officer and help deliver safe, seamless, and memorable travel for our aircraft Owners. Reporting to the respective Chief Pilot, you’ll operate modern business jets throughout the Americas, Hawaii, Europe, and beyond—combining precision flying with polished, personalized service.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Operate AirSprint aircraft safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized private-aviation experience to Owners with a consistently professional demeanor.
- Adapt to changing routes and unknown destinations with full company support, responding promptly to irregular operations.
- Exercise sound pilot decision-making and prioritize safety in every phase of flight.
- Collaborate closely with your crew and cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and standards of excellence.
- Uphold AirSprint’s values while representing the brand across diverse destinations throughout the network.
🧰 What You Bring
Minimum qualifications
- 1,500 hours total flight time and 250 hours PIC.
- CPL plus either an IATRA or written ATPL exams.
- Canadian passport or resident status with applicable visas permitting travel throughout Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, South America, and Western Europe.
- Ability to travel to the United States as a passenger for training.
- Eligible to obtain a RAIC and Corporate CANPASS; able to successfully complete a criminal background check.
- Ability to regularly lift, push, or pull at least 30 pounds.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; brings a technical and analytical focus; solves problems using expertise; makes quick, authoritative decisions within span of control; and communicates clearly around required tasks.
Bonus qualifications
- Aviation degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- Jet experience and time on type.
- Corporate aviation experience.
- Oceanic or overseas experience, particularly on the Embraer fleet.
🧭 Schedule & Lifestyle
- Standard schedule of 16 days on / 12 days off.
- Alternative patterns of 14/14 and 18/10 may be available on an as-available basis.
- Based across multiple Canadian locations with operations throughout the Americas, Hawaii, Europe, and beyond.
