Private Air Charter Pilot — Janesville, WI

SC Aviation is growing and seeking experienced pilots to support its private air charter operation. Here, pilots are integral members of a coordinated flight-safety network that includes aircraft detailers, line-service professionals, dispatchers and schedulers, maintenance technicians, and operations supervisors—each person contributing to the safety and success of every flight.

  • Location: Janesville, Wisconsin (live within ~90 minutes of base)
  • Operation: Private air charter
  • Employment type: Permanent, Full-time
  • Licensing/Medical: ATP (unrestricted or restricted) or completed ATP written; First-Class Medical
  • Experience minimums: 2,000 total | 500 PIC | 500 multi-engine

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as a key member of a collaborative flight-safety team—including aircraft detailers, line service, dispatchers and schedulers, maintenance technicians, and operations supervisors—to deliver safe, reliable charter flights.
  • Uphold a safety-first mindset and professional standards in all phases of flight and ground operations.
  • Coordinate closely with Dispatch and Maintenance to ensure efficient trip planning, execution, and post-flight follow-up.
  • Participate in company training, currency, and safety programs to continuously elevate operational excellence.
  • Represent SC Aviation with professionalism and customer care throughout every passenger interaction.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • ATP (unrestricted or restricted) or proof of completing the ATP written examination; current First-Class Medical.
  • Minimum flight time: 2,000 total hours; 500 hours PIC; 500 hours multi-engine.
  • Residence within approximately 90 minutes of Janesville, WI.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach and commitment to continuous safety improvement.
