✈️ The Opportunity
Afcom Cargo is seeking a hands-on Training Manager to oversee pilot training and development programs. You’ll plan and secure simulator time for initial and recurrent checks, orchestrate ground school delivery, and manage rosters so every training event runs right on time.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Plan and book simulator sessions for Initial, Recurrent, and IR/PPC training.
- Coordinate ground school instruction, including Technical and Performance modules.
- Manage training logistics and liaison with instructors, training facilities, and internal stakeholders.
- Roster staff for all training programs to ensure on-time completion and resource coverage.

- 1500+ hours total flight time.
- Current type rating on aircraft.
- Valid Indian passport.
- Current flying licenses.
- Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
- Organized, detail-driven approach to scheduling and roster management.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills across crews, instructors, and facilities.
