• Progress through a structured cadet syllabus blending ground instruction, simulator sessions, and aircraft training across a multi‑aircraft fleet.
• Build disciplined airmanship rooted in SOPs, checklist usage, and safety management best practices.
• Gain exposure to diverse operations, from local navigation to multi‑crew coordination scenarios appropriate to your stage.
• Participate in briefings, debriefings, and scenario-based training focused on decision-making and situational awareness.
• Log meaningful time while aligning with professional standards expected in commercial environments.

🧰 What you bring

• Current PPL or the ability to obtain it within 30 days.
• Minimum 40 hours total flight time logged.
• FAA certificate holder eligibility.
• Valid Class 1 Medical.
• Commitment to a safety-first mindset, professionalism, and continuous learning.
• Availability for a part-time training and flying schedule, including potential evenings/weekends as required.
