🧭 What You’ll Do

• Support the Captain through all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and CRM.
• Prepare and review flight plans, performance data, fuel planning, and weight & balance.
• Monitor weather, NOTAMs, alternates, and operational risks; uphold the highest safety standards.
• Operate IFR/VFR within European airspace while maintaining checklist discipline and procedural accuracy.
• Deliver courteous, discreet, and customer‑oriented service with professional presentation.
• Demonstrate time flexibility and readiness for changing schedules within a monthly duty plan.
• Ensure full compliance with EASA regulations and company manuals.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Clean criminal record and at least secondary education.
• Valid reliability verification issued by the Czech ÚCL.
• Valid EASA FCL: ATPL(A) or CPL(A) with ATPL(A) theory (fATPL).
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher.
• Minimum experience: 700 total flight hours, including 400 hours as PIC and 100 hours instrument time.
• Personal attributes: schedule flexibility, strong customer service mindset, and polished professional conduct.

Nice to have: Valid SET LAND and a current IR.
