  • License required: CPL with SEL and Instrument Rating
  • Minimum time: 750 total flight hours

  • Travel documents: Valid passport with unrestricted international privileges; valid driver’s license

🧭 The mission

As First Officer, you will support the Captain through every phase of flight—planning, execution, and post‑flight—delivering uncompromising safety, superior IFR performance, and a refined, professional customer experience.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Review weather, NOTAMs, and operational factors with the Captain; verify and cross‑check flight info from the Flight Operations Center.
  • Ensure strict compliance with applicable FARs and company policies/procedures.
  • Conduct thorough preflight inspections; confirm aircraft cleanliness, readiness, and equipment status.
  • Update navigation databases and charts; obtain IFR clearances.
  • Load and secure passenger luggage and gear; manage weight and balance considerations as directed.
  • Deliver a high‑quality, professional customer service experience to every passenger.
  • Support timely, sound decision‑making with the Captain in normal, abnormal, and emergency operations.
  • Execute checklists and emergency procedures with precision; respond efficiently to in‑flight situations.

🎯 What you’ll bring

  • Commercial Pilot License with Single Engine Land and Instrument Rating.
  • Minimum 750 hours total flight time.
  • FAA First or Second Class medical certificate.
  • Valid passport with unrestricted international travel privileges; valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent IFR knowledge and superior BAI flying ability.
  • Outstanding customer service and clear, professional communication skills.
  • Ability to sit in a confined cockpit for extended periods (up to 12+ hours).
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
  • Familiarity with Technically Advanced Aircraft (TAA) and modern avionics.

Preferred: Corporate, charter, or military background; turbine time; advanced avionics experience; demonstrated leadership in aviation.
