Join a dedicated business aviation team operating the Pilatus PC-12 across Europe from our picturesque Saanen base. As First Officer, you’ll partner closely with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient and discreet flights for discerning private and corporate clients—combining precise airmanship with outstanding service.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Support all phases of flight: planning, performance, weather/NOTAM review, weight & balance, and fuel planning.
• Operate the PC-12 to the highest safety standards, adhering to SOPs and EASA regulations.
• Deliver a refined onboard experience, demonstrating strong customer care and clear, confident communication in German and English.
• Coordinate ground handling, catering, and turnarounds; ensure ramp safety and tidy, well-presented cabin.
• Handle administrative tasks such as post-flight reporting, documentation control, and operational follow-up.
• Contribute to a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement within a boutique business aviation environment.

🌟 Minimum requirements

• License: EASA Frozen ATPL
• Medical: EASA Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
• Type rating: Not required (training provided); PC-12 class rating advantageous
• Open to Lic. Holders: EASA
• Languages: English & German (fluent)
• Right to work: EU passport holder (required)
• Relocation: Willing to relocate to the Saanen region

🎓 Training & development

Non-type-rated candidates are welcome. Type-specific training for the PC-12 will be provided, with a structured onboarding, SOP immersion, and line training to set you up for success in business aviation operations.

Based in Saanen, Switzerland, you’ll operate within an Alpine environment renowned for precision flying and high-touch service. A willingness to relocate to the region is essential to support operational readiness and client needs.
