🧭 The Opportunity

As PIC on the PC-12, you’ll lead safe, efficient, and customer-focused flights across a variety of missions. You’ll balance the precision of Part 135 charter operations with the personalized service of owner flights under Part 91—all while representing Pacific Coast Jet’s high standards on every leg.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as PIC for Part 91 and Part 135 operations in the PC-12.
  • Plan and execute flights, including performance, fuel, and weight & balance, to company SOPs and FAA regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional service to owners and charter guests while maintaining uncompromising safety.
  • Conduct thorough preflight and postflight inspections; coordinate with dispatch and maintenance to ensure airworthiness.
  • Maintain accurate operational, regulatory, and training records.
  • Operate effectively in a single-pilot environment and collaborate seamlessly with the broader team.

  • Certificates: Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) required.
  • Total Time: 3,000+ hours.
  • PC-12 Time: 500+ hours total in type, including 250+ hours PIC in PC-12.
  • Multi-Engine: 500+ hours PIC multi-engine time.
  • Proximity: Reside within 2 hours of Oakland, CA (local) or within 4 hours for drive-in commuters.
  • Strong decision-making, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
