Alaska Seaplanes is hiring an experienced Captain to join our Pilatus PC‑12 operation based in Juneau. Fly year‑round scheduled and on‑demand routes serving 14 Alaska communities in a dynamic, single‑pilot IFR/VFR environment. PC‑12 type rating training is provided.

✈️ About the role

As a PC‑12 Captain, you will operate single‑pilot in diverse Alaska weather and terrain, connecting remote communities safely and reliably. You will balance precision flying with customer service, uphold the highest safety standards, and represent Alaska Seaplanes’ commitment to dependable regional air service.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate the Pilatus PC‑12 on scheduled and on‑demand routes across Southeast Alaska.
  • Conduct single‑pilot IFR and VFR operations year‑round.
  • Serve 14 communities with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Perform pre‑flight planning, aircraft inspections, and required safety procedures.
  • Adhere to company SOPs and all applicable FAA regulations.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Minimum time: 1,500 hours total flight time.
  • Regulatory: Meets 14 CFR 135.243(c) Captain requirements.
  • Experience: 100 hours in type (PC‑12) preferred.
  • Licensing: Valid CPL with Instrument Rating (IR).
  • Medical: Valid FAA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Certification: FAA certification.
  • Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.

License required: CPL
