🧭 The opportunity

As the Pilatus PC-12 Captain, you will lead safe, efficient flights, representing the highest standards of airmanship, customer care, and professionalism. You will operate from Hamburg and Lübeck-Blankensee with missions that demand precision, sound judgement, and a strong safety mindset.

  • Plan and execute flights end‑to‑end, including performance calculations, fuel planning, and weight & balance.
  • Operate in accordance with EASA/ICAO rules and company SOPs, maintaining strict compliance and exemplary cockpit discipline.
  • Deliver a smooth, client‑focused experience while coordinating closely with crew and ground operations.
  • Apply meticulous checklist usage, MEL considerations, and accurate defect reporting to protect aircraft airworthiness.
  • Contribute to a strong safety culture through reporting, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Appropriate EASA pilot licence and instrument privileges to captain a Pilatus PC‑12; please detail current licences/ratings and medical class.
  • Proven airmanship in single‑engine turbine operations with confident decision‑making in both IFR and VFR environments.
  • Strong situational awareness, threat & error management, and unwavering commitment to SOPs.
  • Clear, professional communication in English; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Flexibility for variable schedules and readiness to operate across Europe as required.
