As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient and compliant operations of the Pilatus PC-12, delivering a polished passenger experience while upholding operational excellence. You will work closely with operations, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure every sector runs to standard and on schedule.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Command all phases of flight in the PC-12 in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations, weather and NOTAM analyses, and post-flight reporting.
- Champion a just culture and strong CRM, fostering clear communication and teamwork.
- Ensure meticulous aircraft care on the line, coordinating with maintenance to uphold airworthiness.
- Deliver a professional, discreet, and customer-centric experience on every flight.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total time: 2,000 hours minimum
- Licence: Valid EASA CPL with IR
- Type rating: Current Pilatus PC-12 type rating (Type-Rated position)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Language skills: German and English, spoken and written
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided (candidates must have the right to work without sponsorship)

The aircraft is based at Hamburg (EDDH). Living at or near the homebase is an advantage for operational flexibility and roster reliability.
