Life Flight Network is a leading air ambulance provider committed to exceptional patient care and uncompromising safety. Based in Reno, NV, you’ll operate Pilatus aircraft to support time-critical medical transports—helping patients, families, and communities when every minute counts.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Safely operate the Pilatus PC-12 for emergent and interfacility medical transports.
  • Plan and execute IFR/VFR flights, including performance planning and weight-and-balance.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
  • Analyze weather, NOTAMs, terrain, and route considerations—often in mountainous environments.
  • Load and secure patients, passengers, baggage, and cargo with care and discretion.
  • Maintain accurate flight logs and records; prepare clear written reports.
  • Support base readiness by cleaning the aircraft, unit quarters, and hangar as needed.
  • Champion Life Flight Network’s safety and risk management culture at all times.

🧰 What You Bring

  • Certificates & Medical
    • FAA ATP certificate — unrestricted.
    • Current FAA Second Class flight physical.
  • Flight Experience (Minimums)
    • 5+ years as a professional pilot.
    • 2,500 hours PIC (Airplane).
    • 1,500 turbine hours.
    • 500 hours in turboprop aircraft.
    • 250 hours instrument time.
    • 250 hours unaided night time.
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or related field preferred.
  • Preferred Experience
    • 25 hours operating a PC-12 and successful completion of PC-12 ground and flight school within the last 12 months.
    • Recent air medical transportation experience.
    • Mountain flying experience.
