We’re hiring experienced Second-in-Command (SIC) pilots for our Phenom 300 fractional fleet across all Airshare markets—with the flexibility to live near any of 60+ US cities and zero required positioning.

🧭 What you’ll do
- Perform Second-in-Command duties on Phenom 300 fractional flights.
- Assist with all aspects of complex, dynamic aircraft operations.
- Collaborate closely with the crew to ensure safety, compliance, and service excellence.
- Support operational innovation to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Four-year college degree.
- Minimum 900 hours total fixed-wing flight time.
- Minimum 25 hours multi-engine time.
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
- Ability to obtain a First Class Medical Certificate.
- Valid U.S. Passport.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit.
- Pass an instrument competency check for the assigned aircraft category.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Currently actively instructing as a CFI.
- No time in type required.
