🧭 The Mission
Support Phenom 300 operations as SIC, bringing strong technical acumen, sound judgment, and calm professionalism to every leg. You’ll help manage flight preparation and execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and uphold Gold Aviation’s uncompromising standards of safety and service.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Support the PIC in safe, efficient aircraft operation from preflight through postflight.
- Assist with technical and operational troubleshooting and decision-making.
- Coordinate seamlessly with flight attendants, ground crew, and maintenance personnel.
- Deliver discreet, five-star service to high-profile passengers and executives.
- Maintain strict compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Participate in recurrent training and ongoing professional development.
🎯 What You Bring
- Minimum 1,200 hours total time and 50 hours multi-engine.
- Valid FAA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with instrument and multi-engine ratings.
- Valid FAA Second Class Medical Certificate.
- Valid FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Valid passport with unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
- Fluent English skills (read, write, speak, and understand).
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred: International flight experience.
