Phenom 300 First Officer – Training Provided (NTR)

✈️ About the role

As a Phenom 300 First Officer, you will operate in a two-crew, customer-centric environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and professional flight operations. You will embrace SOPs, deliver an exceptional onboard experience, and support mission readiness from preflight to postflight.

• Execute all phases of flight with a strong safety mindset, disciplined SOPs, and effective CRM.
• Partner closely with the Captain on flight planning, performance, weight & balance, weather, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide polished, discreet, and attentive service to clients and guests.
• Maintain training currency, records, and professional standards in accordance with company policies and TCCA regulations.

🧭 Minimum qualifications

• Total time: 1000 hours
• Multi-engine: 100 hours
• Licences: IATRA, IR, ME (TCCA)
• Medical: Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Type rating: Not required — training provided on the Phenom 300

🌟 Preferred

• PIC time: 500 hours
• Business/corporate or charter experience with a strong customer-service ethos.
• Demonstrated proficiency in high-tempo, on-demand operations.

🔒 Clearances & additional requirements

• Ability to obtain a RAIC (security pass)
• Satisfactory criminal record check
• Ability to obtain approval from the United States TSA to initiate training

🚀 Training & development

Transition smoothly to the Phenom 300 with company-sponsored type training. You will complete ground school, simulator, and line indoctrination to build confidence and proficiency on type, supported by experienced training captains and standardization.
