✈️ The Opportunity

Lead safe, efficient, and guest-focused operations as Captain on the Phenom 300. You’ll be the face of a premium private-aviation experience, balancing precision flying with impeccable professionalism while supporting dynamic, on-call trip demands.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Assume full responsibility for the safe operation of the Phenom 300.
• Conduct each flight safely and prudently, including:
  • Reviewing aircraft maintenance status.
  • Performing thorough pre-flight inspections per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
  • Checking weather and facilities along the route and at all intended and alternate airports.
• Ensure compliance with Solairus Aviation policies and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Safeguard the safety of passengers, aircraft, and crew at all times.
• Complete all trip paperwork accurately and promptly.

🧰 What You Bring

• Minimum flight experience:
  • 3,000 hours total time
  • 1,500 hours PIC
  • 1,500 hours multi-engine land
  • 500 hours multi-engine land PIC
  • 500 hours turbojet
  • 250 hours instrument
• Type rated on the Phenom 300 or a comparable aircraft.
• Valid First-Class Medical certificate.
• Availability to work on an on-call basis.
• Ability to complete ICAO international procedures training annually.
• Primary residence within a two-hour drive of KPWK, or willingness to relocate.
