✈️ About the role

As Pilot in Command, you will lead safe, efficient operations on the Phenom 300 while delivering a seamless, discreet, and client-centric flight experience. You’ll model exceptional airmanship, clear communication, and collaborative Crew Resource Management in a dynamic schedule environment.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as PIC for Part 91/135-style executive operations on the Phenom 300, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
  • Exercise sound judgment and timely decision-making in varying operational conditions and under pressure.
  • Plan and execute flights, including performance, fuel, weather, and route analyses; coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams.
  • Champion SOPs, risk management, and proactive safety reporting; maintain a culture of continuous safety improvement.
  • Deliver white-glove service and maintain a polished, professional presence with VIP clients and executives.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with crew, clients, and stakeholders; uphold strong CRM and teamwork.
  • Operate modern avionics and navigation systems; troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues as they arise.
  • Maintain currency and participate in recurrent training and ongoing professional development.

  • Minimum 2,500 hours total time
  • Minimum 2,000 hours fixed-wing
  • Minimum 1,000 hours as PIC
  • Minimum 1,000 hours turbine
  • EMB-505 type rating (preferred) — company will type-rate the right candidate
  • Valid FAA ATP with multi-engine rating
  • Valid FAA First Class Medical
  • Valid FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s Permit
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Valid passport; able to travel internationally without restrictions
  • Ability to work variable schedule: days/nights, weekdays/weekends/holidays
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Demonstrated decision-making under pressure in diverse operational scenarios
  • Proven team player with strong CRM skills
  • Proficiency with modern avionics, navigation, and aviation technology
