Lead as a Phenom 300 Captain
Join a professional flight department and take command of the Embraer Phenom 300. We’re seeking a safety-focused Captain who thrives under pressure and is based within easy reach of Geneva Airport.
✈️ The opportunity
As Captain on the Embraer Phenom 300, you will lead safe, compliant operations while delivering a polished, professional passenger experience. Non-type-rated Captains are welcome—comprehensive Phenom 300 training will be provided for the right EASA-licensed professional.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Plan and execute flights in full compliance with regulations and company SOPs.
- Champion safety, sound judgment and a strong CRM culture on every sector.
- Make calm, decisive decisions under pressure to protect safety and service.
- Oversee preflight preparation, performance, weather and fuel planning.
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness and accurate documentation.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Captain.
- Proven track record of safety, professionalism and exemplary airmanship.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with excellent situational awareness.
- Clear, confident communication; ELP Level 5 (ICAO).
- Residence within a 2-hour commute of Geneva Airport (by car or train).
🌟 Minimum requirements
- EASA CPL with IR and ME.
- Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain.
- Type rating on Phenom 300 not required — training provided (NTR welcome).
- Right to work without visa sponsorship (visa sponsorship not provided).
🧩 Desirable
- Current or recent Phenom 300 type rating (highly preferable).
