Phenom 300/300E First Officer (SIC) — Indianapolis Executive (KTYQ), Zionsville, IN

✈️ About the Role

Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time Phenom 300 SIC to support a safety-first, owner-focused operation based at KTYQ. In this role, you will assist in the safe operation of the Phenom 300/300E, ensuring every flight is executed to the highest professional standards and in full compliance with Solairus policies and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Support the PIC in the safe, prudent operation of the Phenom 300/300E on every flight.
• Review and verify aircraft maintenance status prior to departure.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Complete comprehensive weather and facilities checks along the planned route.
• Ensure all operations adhere to Solairus Aviation policies and applicable FARs.
• Safeguard the safety and comfort of passengers, crew, and aircraft at all times.
• Accurately complete and submit all required trip paperwork and records.

🧰 What You Bring

• Total Time: 1,000 hours minimum
• PIC: 500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 500 hours
• MEL PIC: 100 hours
• Turbo Jet Time: 100 hours
• Instrument: 75 hours
• Type rated on the Phenom 300 or comparable aircraft.
• Current First Class Medical.
• Ability to work on an on-call basis.
• Willing and able to complete ICAO International Procedures training annually.
• Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KTYQ or willingness to relocate.

📍 Base & Residency

This position is based at Indianapolis Executive Airport (KTYQ) in Zionsville, IN. Candidates should maintain a primary residence within a two-hour drive of KTYQ or be prepared to relocate to meet on-call operational needs.

🗓 Training & Compliance

You will operate under a robust safety and compliance culture, maintaining currency and completing required recurrent training, including annual ICAO International Procedures, while adhering to Solairus Aviation policies and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
