✈️ About the programme
This permanent, three-year work-and-train pathway is designed for candidates who currently hold an EASA PPL(A). You will work full-time in our Hamburg office, rotate through key departments, and then settle into a dedicated team while simultaneously completing your ATPL theory via distance learning with CAT Aviation. Your practical flight training toward the EASA CPL(A) will be conducted with our partner flight school, FTO Nord. The goal: join our flight deck as a PC-24 First Officer upon successful completion of all training and standards.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Work full-time in our Hamburg office, gaining broad insight across the business through initial departmental rotations.
- Continue in an assigned department while completing ATPL theory via distance learning with CAT Aviation.
- Undertake the practical training phase at FTO Nord to earn your EASA CPL(A).
- On successful completion of licensing and company assessments, transition to line operations as a PC-24 First Officer.

- Phase 2: Assigned department responsibilities + ATPL theory (distance learning with CAT Aviation).
- Phase 3: Practical training at FTO Nord leading to EASA CPL(A).

- License: EASA PPL(A)
- Medical: EASA Class 1
- English: ICAO ELP Level 4+
- Work rights: EU passport or unrestricted right to work in the EU
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
- Education: Completed vocational training or a university degree
- Driving licence: Valid driving license
- Open to licence holders: EASA
