Non-type rated candidates who meet the jet-time criteria are welcome—type training is provided.

🧭 The Opportunity

As Captain, you will command the PC-24 Super Versatile Jet across a range of executive missions. You’ll lead from the front—owning safety, delivering impeccable service, and setting the tone for operational excellence. This role suits a proactive professional who thrives in a premium business-aviation environment.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute domestic and international missions in full compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Exercise Captaincy: lead the crew, champion CRM, and uphold SMS and safety best practices.
  • Perform performance calculations, W&B, fuel planning, and route/alternate selection.
  • Conduct comprehensive weather/NOTAM reviews and apply risk management (TEM) throughout each phase of flight.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and maintenance to optimize aircraft readiness and mission reliability.
  • Deliver premium, discreet client service; communicate effectively in Japanese with passengers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain training currency, flight and duty records, and all required documentation to the highest standard.

🌟 What You Bring

  • Minimum 500 hours of jet time, including 500+ hours across light to ultra long-range business jets.
  • Valid ICAO licenses: CPL, IR, ME; ATPL preferred.
  • Current Class 1 medical and ICAO English Level 4.
  • Fluency in Japanese; strong professional English communication.
  • Proven airmanship, sound decision-making, and a clean safety record.
  • Schedule flexibility and readiness for international travel as required.
  • No PC-24 type rating required—training provided for selected candidates.
