Take command of a high-performance Pilatus PC-12 operation. This permanent opportunity welcomes non-type-rated professionals, with training provided for the right EASA-licensed captain.
✈️ The Opportunity
As PC-12 Captain, you will lead safe, efficient single-engine turboprop operations, upholding the highest standards of airmanship, passenger care, and regulatory compliance. You’ll operate in a professional multicrew environment, bringing strong decision-making, CRM, and operational discipline to every sector.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Command PC-12 services end-to-end, ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
- Apply SOPs, threat and error management, and robust CRM in a commercial multicrew setting.
- Lead flight planning, performance and mass/balance, fuel strategy, and weather/NOTAM assessment.
- Champion customer experience and represent the operator with professionalism on every mission.
- Maintain airworthiness oversight at the line level: tech log, MEL/CDL application, and defect reporting.
- Commit to recurrent training and checking, including type training where applicable.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 2,000 hours minimum
- Experience: Previous commercial multicrew PIC experience
- Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
- Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Residency: Able to live within 1 hour of Laval prior to contract signature (mandatory)
- Visas: Eligible for US and Russian crew visas; no restrictions
- Sponsorship: None provided—independent right to live and work required
🌟 Highly Regarded
- Class-rated pilots (e.g., relevant SET/PC-12 class rating) will be assessed with priority.
- Light-jet and/or PC-12NG experience is a strong asset.
Note: NTR candidates are welcome—type training will be provided for suitable applicants.
📍 Location & Mobility
This role is based in Laval. A firm condition of employment is establishing residence within a 1-hour commute before signing the contract. Operations may require international travel; you must be able to obtain and maintain US and Russian crew visas.
