🧭 What you’ll do

  • Captain the Pilatus PC-12 with professionalism, ensuring safe, efficient operations in compliance with company SOPs and Part 135 regulations.
  • Exercise strong command decision-making in dynamic environments, maintaining situational awareness and risk management from preflight to shutdown.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience—clear communication, thoughtful service, and a calm, can‑do presence.
  • Plan, brief, and execute flights with meticulous attention to performance, weather, fuel, and alternates.
  • Collaborate closely with dispatch/maintenance to keep flights on schedule and aircraft mission-ready.
  • Uphold a safety-first culture through disciplined checklist use, CRM, and continuous improvement.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 1,500 hours
  • PIC Time: 1,000 hours
  • PIC in Type (PC-12): 300 hours
  • Turbine: 300 hours
  • Type Rating: Required on PC-12
  • Recent Experience: PC-12 training and experience within the last 36 months
  • License: ATP (FAA certificate holders)
  • Medical: First-Class (Class 1)

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • FCC Restricted Radio Operator Permit
  • Current passport
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not provided)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proactive judgment and sound, timely decision-making
