🧭 What you’ll do
- Captain the Pilatus PC-12 with professionalism, ensuring safe, efficient operations in compliance with company SOPs and Part 135 regulations.
- Exercise strong command decision-making in dynamic environments, maintaining situational awareness and risk management from preflight to shutdown.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience—clear communication, thoughtful service, and a calm, can‑do presence.
- Plan, brief, and execute flights with meticulous attention to performance, weather, fuel, and alternates.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch/maintenance to keep flights on schedule and aircraft mission-ready.
- Uphold a safety-first culture through disciplined checklist use, CRM, and continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total Time: 1,500 hours
- PIC Time: 1,000 hours
- PIC in Type (PC-12): 300 hours
- Turbine: 300 hours
- Type Rating: Required on PC-12
- Recent Experience: PC-12 training and experience within the last 36 months
- License: ATP (FAA certificate holders)
- Medical: First-Class (Class 1)

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator Permit
- Current passport
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not provided)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proactive judgment and sound, timely decision-making
