🧭 The Mission

As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, single‑pilot IFR/VFR operations on the Pilatus PC‑12. You will set the standard for risk management, professionalism, and customer care while collaborating closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams.

  • Plan and execute flights to SOPs, including performance, W&B, fuel, weather, and alternates.
  • Operate single‑pilot IFR with strong automation and avionics discipline.
  • Conduct thorough briefings, checklists, and threat/error management.
  • Communicate clearly in Japanese with ATC, crew, and clients.
  • Uphold regulatory compliance, maintain meticulous flight records, and support training/checking.
  • Champion a safety-first culture and deliver an exceptional passenger experience.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Turbine Time: 500+ hours
  • Aircraft Category: More than 500 hours on turbine aircraft with MTOW ≤ 8 tons
  • License: CPL + IR (ICAO)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Japanese: Fluency required
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
  • Sponsorship: Not provided (existing work authorization required)

Nice to have: ATPL.
