PC-12 Captain (Direct Entry) — Belfast-Based

• Command PC-12 operations to the highest safety and compliance standards, exercising sound judgement in all phases of flight.
• Plan, brief, and execute flights efficiently, adapting to changing conditions and operational priorities.
• Lead by example in CRM, teamwork, and communication — on the flight deck and with ground stakeholders.
• Apply excellent problem-solving skills to deliver timely, mission-ready decisions.
• Represent the operation professionally while maintaining accurate operational and regulatory documentation.

• Total time: 2,500 hours
• Licence: UK CAA ATPL (A)
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
• Type rating: Not required (NTR) — training provided

• A minimum of 3,500 hours total flying time
• 1,000 hours in command
• 500 hours in multi-pilot operations
• Turboprop experience
• Previous Medical or Air Ambulance (fixed-wing or AEMS) experience
• Previous Pilatus PC-12 or Learjet 45 experience

• Based within 60 minutes of Belfast International Airport.
• Ability to work to a flexible schedule.
• A team player who works well under pressure and adapts easily to change.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication.
• Valid full clean driving licence.
• Airport security regulations dictate a criminal record check will be required.
• No restrictions on the ability to gain a visa or work permit for travel if required.
