🧭 The Mission

As PC‑24 Captain, you will lead safe, efficient operations while delivering a discreet, polished passenger experience. You will plan and execute flights in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements, ensure meticulous flight preparation, and maintain the highest standards of airmanship, CRM, and customer care.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 500 hours on business jets; experience spanning light to ultra‑long‑range types is valued.
  • Valid CPL with IR and ME privileges; ATPL (or ATPL theory credit) preferred.
  • Current Class 1 medical.
  • Fluency in Japanese and ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • Strong decision‑making, leadership, and CRM in a customer‑focused environment.
  • Willingness to complete the PC‑24 type rating (company training provided for NTR candidates).
