- ATPL theory: Complete your theory via distance learning with CAT Aviation alongside your office role.
- Flight training: Progress from PPL(A) to CPL(A) with our partner school, FTO Nord.
- Flight deck goal: After successfully obtaining your licences and meeting company standards, be considered to begin as a First Officer on the PC‑24.

- Licence: EASA PPL(A) (minimum)
- Medical: EASA Class 1
- Language: ICAO English Level 4+
- Work authorisation: EU passport or unrestricted right to work in the EU
- Education: Completed vocational training or a university degree
- Driving: Valid driving licence
