✈️ Captain / Pilot in Command — Lead Part 135 Operations in Alaska
Executive Express Aviation is recruiting an Anchorage-based Captain/Pilot in Command to lead safe, compliant, and efficient Part 135 operations. As PIC, you will own the mission end-to-end—aircraft readiness, crew leadership, regulatory compliance, and passenger and cargo safety—while operating in one of the most dynamic flying environments in the country.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Serve as Pilot in Command, assuming ultimate responsibility for the safety of passengers, crewmembers, cargo, and aircraft during all phases of flight.
- Verify airworthiness and ensure aircraft loading and performance comply with all applicable programs, procedures, and limitations.
- Conduct dispatch and flight release reviews to ensure each flight is safely and legally planned and executed.
- Maintain currency and familiarity with assigned routes and terminal areas.
- Complete all required flight documentation, forms, and checklists accurately and on time.
- Lead and supervise assigned crewmembers, promoting a strong safety culture and effective CRM.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with company manuals and FAA requirements throughout operations.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL); ATP preferred.
- Minimum 3,000 total flight hours.
- Prior Part 121 or Part 135 PIC experience.
- Meets 135.243 PIC requirements.
- Current First Class Medical Certificate.
- Ability to pass all DOT background checks and initial/random drug screenings.
- Physical ability to perform all essential job duties.
