PA-31 & BN-2 Islander Pilot – Freight & Charter | Channel Islands (Guernsey)

🧭 What you’ll be doing

• Operate single-pilot freight and passenger charter flights under a 2-Reg (Guernsey) AOC.
• Adapt seamlessly between smooth passenger charters and late-night freight runs.
• Navigate rapidly changing Channel weather conditions, including Guernsey fog, with sound decision-making.
• Execute calm, precise crosswind island approaches and landings.
• Work closely with operations and ground teams, demonstrating strong CRM and a professional, steady manner.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Relevant, recent flight time on the PA-31 and/or BN-2 Islander.
• Excellent CRM and communication skills.
• Rock-solid airmanship—especially high-crosswind island operations.
• Sharp weather awareness for the Channel Islands environment (including Guernsey fog).
• Based in the Channel Islands or easily positioned for duty.
• Availability for at least 5 days per month.
• Under 58 years of age due to insurance policy constraints.
• Professionalism, adaptability, and good humour.
