We’re looking for a safety-focused, customer-obsessed First Officer to join our PA‑31 Navajo team. You’ll start in a part-time capacity, pairing revenue flying with administrative and customer service duties that keep the operation running smoothly. As you progress, you’ll move into a full-time flying schedule with ample opportunity to hone your multi-crew, IFR, and SOP discipline.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Conduct safe, efficient PA‑31 operations under company SOPs, including preflight planning, performance, W&B, and thorough checklists.
- Operate in both IFR and VFR environments with strong situational awareness and CRM.
- Deliver superb customer service on every sector, representing the brand with professionalism.
- Support administrative functions: scheduling/dispatch coordination, recordkeeping, SMS reporting, and documentation accuracy.
- Assist with client communications, trip coordination, and on-the-day problem solving.
- Champion a just culture, safety mindset, and continuous improvement across the operation.

📋 Minimum requirements
- TCCA CPL with IR and ME.
- Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Type rating not required; PA‑31 training provided (NTR).
- Ability to obtain a RAIC within six months of start.
- Eligible to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
Preferred: Flight Instructor rating and relevant instructional experience.
