PRIVAJET is seeking an accomplished training leader to serve as Nominated Person Crew Training, guiding pilot and cabin crew training across a dynamic business aviation operation. If you are a current TRE/TRI on the Learjet 45 with a passion for standards, safety, and people development, this part-time opportunity puts you at the helm of our training strategy.
✈️ Role overview
As NP Crew Training, you will own the training vision and execution for flight deck and cabin crew, ensuring compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement. You will design, implement, and oversee integrated training programs that elevate performance, uphold safety, and meet all regulatory requirements for our Learjet 45 operation.
🧭 What you will lead
- End-to-end governance of pilot and cabin crew training programs aligned to EASA and company standards.
- Development, approval, and maintenance of training syllabi, manuals, and policies for initial, recurrent, and differences training.
- Standardisation and oversight of instructors, examiners, and check airmen; fostering a strong coaching culture.
- Monitoring of training quality and outcomes through data-driven evaluation and proactive corrective actions.
- Liaison with the competent authority; preparation for audits and maintenance of full regulatory compliance.
- Integration of SMS and HF/CRM principles across all training touchpoints for both flight and cabin crew.
- Resource and schedule planning for efficient, on-time training delivery within a business aviation context.
🧰 What you bring
- Current TRE or TRI on the Learjet 45.
- Significant experience in airline or business aviation flight operations and training management.
- Proven leadership in delivering multidisciplinary training for pilots and cabin crew.
- Deep understanding of EASA regulations (including Part-ORO and Part-ARA) and ICAO Annexes.
- Track record of successful regulatory engagement and compliance oversight.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Valid passport and/or work permit for employment in Europe.
- High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
- Previous business aviation experience highly desirable.
