🧭 Your Mission

As First Officer, you will support the Captain across every phase of flight, ensuring disciplined execution, excellent situational awareness, and a premium passenger experience.

  • Operate the Nextant 400XT in accordance with SOPs, company manuals, and all applicable regulations.
  • Lead preflight planning: weather, NOTAMs, fuel, performance, and weight & balance.
  • Manage avionics/FMS, navigation, and radio communication in both IFR and VMC environments.
  • Champion safety through proactive hazard identification, SMS reporting, and disciplined checklists.
  • Deliver professional, discreet, and attentive service to passengers and clients.

  • Total time: 1000 hours minimum
  • Licenses: Valid CPL with IR and ME (FAA)
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided on the Nextant 400XT
  • Medical: Current Class 1
  • Solid IFR proficiency, sound airmanship, and strong multi-crew coordination.
  • Professionalism, clear communication, and a safety-first mindset.
  • Ability to work without visa sponsorship.
