🧰 What you’ll do
- Execute First Officer duties on the Mitsubishi MU-2, ensuring disciplined, SOP-driven operations.
- Support the Captain with flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and fuel planning.
- Conduct thorough preflight inspections and diligently manage checklists from start to shutdown.
- Communicate clearly with ATC, ground services, and company operations while maintaining situational awareness.
- Champion a strong safety culture, including SMS reporting and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Participate in recurrent training and debriefs to continuously improve crew performance.
🌟 What you bring
- License: Valid TCCA CPL
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4
- Type rating: Not required (full MU-2 training provided)
- Experience (preferred): 1,500 hours total time and 500 hours multi-engine PIC
- Work authorization: You must have the right to work; visa sponsorship is not provided

🛠️ Training and development
Comprehensive MU-2 training is provided, covering systems, performance, normal and non-normal procedures, and aircraft-specific handling. You’ll complete ground school and simulator/aircraft-based instruction, followed by line training and ongoing recurrent programs to keep you sharp and compliant.
